Program Manager
Minimum/General Experience: Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience with at least six (6) years of specialized experience in supervision and management. Must have demonstrated experience in oral and written communications with all levels of management; demonstrated experience in oral and written communications with all levels of management; demonstrated experience to manage substantial development contract support operations involving multiple projects; and demonstrated experience to negotiate and make binding decisions on behalf of the company represented. Functional Responsibility: Supervision and management of information systems projects involving fifty-50 or more people. Experienced with multi-vendor environment. Experienced in oral and written communications with all levels of management.

Project Manager

Experienced with progressively difficult information systems management. Performs evaluation of current information system activities, plans and directs all phases of the work effort and ensures tasks are completed within negotiated time frames, budgets and technical specifications. Functional Responsibility: Demonstrated progressively difficult information systems management experience. Experienced in oral and written communications with all levels of management. Experienced with multi-vendor environment.

Systems Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: Four (4) years of technical experience which applies to systems analysis and design techniques. Competent in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods. Experience with Cisco hardware, TCP/IP services and security. Knowledge of system software, input/output devices, structure and management practices. Operating environment, UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 95/98, and Windows 2000.
Functional Responsibility: Interface with management and users. Participates in and conducts structured walkthroughs.

Programmer
Minimum/General Experience: Three (3) or more years experience within the software industry. Possesses detailed knowledge of software design, system and database management concepts. Expert in one or more programming languages such as, C/C++, Visual Basic or SQL. Provides advanced programming services for a variety of specific systems and business, military, scientific, or commercial applications. Operating environment: UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 95/98, and Windows 2000. Functional Responsibility: Participates at all levels in systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance. Analyzes coding problems and develops improvements to procedures.

Telecommunications Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: five (5) years of experience in the telecommunications field. At least three (3) years of experience with data communications to include software/hardware design. Possesses detailed knowledge of the Internet, Host Protocols, LAN/WAN, ATM, and Voiceover IP. Demonstrated work experience in data analysis, network documentation, TCP/IP, router configuration techniques, and Ethernet. Diagnoses and troubleshoots all low-level network components, including all physical layers. Functional Responsibility: Applies state-of-the-art knowledge to determine requirements and design telecommunications and networked computer information systems.

Electronics Technician
Minimum/General Experience: Four (4) years of work related experience in electrical/electronic telecommunications systems. Experience includes network operations and troubleshooting, installation of network equipment, network cabling techniques, network configuration and control procedures as well as fiber optic cable termination, operation, design, connection, and fusion splicing. Telephony technologies to include design, switching, call routing, voice mail programming, maintenance, and testing procedures. Functional Responsibility: Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains networked telecommunications and computer systems. Supervise subordinate technicians.

Network Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: Four (4) or more years of experience with LAN/WAN. Demonstrated experience with TCP/IP services, security, planning, and enterprise databases. Installs, configures, implements, and supports network infrastructure. Analyzes and evaluates network performance. Operating environment, DOS, UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 95/98, Windows 2000 and Windows based applications, Ethernet, frame relay, routers/switches, and LAN/WAN technology. Experience with routers/switches and related protocols and hubs.
Functional Responsibility: Reviews work and installation progress for accuracy, adherence to network design, and conformance to telecommunications standards. Evaluates equipment, network, and/or applications technologies and makes recommendations.

Network Administrator
Minimum/General Experience: Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible experience in LAN operations and maintenance. Experience in monitoring the operation of a network using file servers, workstations, gateways, bridges, routers, etc. Competent in the acquisition and management of communication hardware/software and operating and maintaining LAN/WAN and other network related equipment. Running typical network backup, maintenance procedures, and providing on-site assistance to users. Operating environment, UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 95/98/2000, and Windows based applications. Functional Responsibility: Coordinates network requirements with users and sites. Optimizes network costs and performance, fault, and security management. Provides technical leadership in the integration and testing of computer-integrated networks.

Help Desk Analyst
Minimum/General Experience: Three (3) or more years experience operating a PC-based Help Desk, Call Screening Center including one or more years of supervisory experience. Two or more years experience working with Microsoft Office, Windows 95/98, Windows NT or comparable products. Three or more years experience with personnel computer communication products including network protocols and Internet browsers. Functional Responsibility: Responding to telephone, faxed, and e-mail requests for assistance. Ensures automated Help Desk Log is maintained and monitors status of open requests. Maintains Help Desk metrics and provides performance reports as tasked.
